Hello!

I have 29 years of experience training in two main healing modalities (versions of psychic & mystic) and have taught energetic self-care and healing techniques for over 20 years. In 2014 I moved full time from the Bay Area, where I worked in sustainability - both nonprofits and biomimicry-based technology start-ups - back to Sun Valley, Idaho where I have lived on and off since the late 80’s. I offer individual healing sessions, tutoring, classes, and retreats.

I love sharing skills and perspectives to help others develop their own relationship with energy and healing. My work is embedded within the broader context of collaboration and commitment to aligning the world towards a more regenerative and harmonious future. I received an M.A. in Philosophy & Religion from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a B.A. from Georgetown University. I feel that in this time of vast change we have the opportunity to deepen our capacity for creativity, community & connection, especially to ourselves, each other, nature and the sacred.
